Our stay at Sandos Caracol was incredible! The eco-friendly atmosphere was refreshing, and we loved the surrounding nature. The staff provided outstanding service, with our concierge, Alberto, being a standout. However, we did hear about some guests having serious issues with their accommodations and service quality, which made us a bit concerned. Overall, it was a great vacation that we would happily repeat.
